Default Where to get replacement rear quarter panel?

I have a huge foot print courtesy of a douche bag who decided to kick my car. Well it's on the passenger side rear quarter panel and I've seen several build threads where people have replaced the rear quarter panel with a new one. Where do you find these replacements? I've searched but didn't come up with anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah, could of course buy a new one. Issue is, I'm near positive they will have to be welded in, which could be quite a bit of body work expense.

Have you already tried pulling your plastic panels off the rear seat sides and pushing the dent out, getting repainted, etc? May end up being cheaper and more effective than buying a new panel, having old one cut out, welding new one in, sanding, painting...
