This one kid I know went throught discount tire co to get his. He said they special ordered them. But I'm not for sure. But i'd ask.

If you have a Filipino friend who is going home for a vacation, ask him/her to pick you up a set. They ran around $210-220 for a set of 15s and about $230 for 16s. Rotas are made in the Philippines. I was there this December. Not a hassle bringing them back to the States.
