Yes it would, but keep in mind and engine should be put together by someone that knows what they are doing in a clean environment. If you need a how-to like that you probably shouldn't be doing it yourself. Not trying to be a jerk or anything, but this is not something that you'll want to break into on your own with no experience.

i dont know if i would go by this book....

The accord and prelude had b-series engines? where was i when that happened? H-series yea....B-series...i dont think so..

Early Preludes had B20s in them, but not the same as what the CRV has. I think it has a longer stroke crank and 81mm pistons. They are garbage. Since the Accord and 'lude were similar, I could see someone swapping one in, or maybe some foreign model having one maybe?
