I'm trying to find all red taillights for a civic 2dr. civic 96-99. Does anyone know where I can find this online etc?

Paint is the best and easiest way. Do light coats, so that you can still see your light through them so you don't get pulled over.

paint them its called transparent cANdy red or something like that. do some fine coats and two of clear. i had them like that but i have limo tint and when i would put reverse i couldnt see cuz the light was painted so i got some oem ones again.

yu mea just paint them right on the outside, right? cuz i know people who have opened em up by heatin em up in to oven.
