Think of your steering wheel completing failing while you're doing 70 mph on the highway, what do you do? What is going to happen to your face and chest when you get in a head-on collision and the steering wheel doesn't compress or absorb all that energy like Honda designed theirs to? A lot to consider here.
As for the shift ****, you can find a legit titanium Honda **** on eBay for $80 or so. I've got one of my civic, real nice.

It's awfully hard not to recommend the skunk2 ****. I've had it for years and love it. 440 grams of awesome.
I can't stand lightweight shift *****.

Good rule of thumb...the steering wheel is probably the most important component in your car... don't cheap out. If you're replacing a perfectly good, highly engineered, and most importantly safe steering wheel with a cheap crummy chinese knockoff, you need to re-evaluate your priorities.
Weaksos has combo deals on NRG hubs, NRG quick releases, and pair it with a wheel of your choice for pretty damn good deals. I'd check them out and they've always been great to deal with IMO.

thanks ... I like NRG for the steering wheel and quick release but their company is super swamped bc every body wants their products so it will take awhile to get them.

Re: Where buy steering wheel and quick release hub?
I'm useing the Razo formula spec 375g shift ****, I like it alot, i wouldnt recomend getting a light shift ****. When i was shopping around for my steering wheel I cam across some info about how safe a steering wheel can be. cheaper wheels are curved at the top of the wheel which is pretty unsafe because if you wreck and your head hits the wheel, that wheel wont give as easy uppon impact. Higher end wheels are made straight and are designed to give upon impact, so i went out and looked at examples of the two and did see this differnece. Correct me if i am wrong, but i think it did make sense. I ended up buying the Sparco 333 competition wheel. Something else to keep in mind too is that suade wheels wear out after ahwile and can look kind of gross, so if it is your daily driver you may want to stay away from a suade wheel, But suade wheels feel damn nice lol.

It's a 400gr ****. Titanium isn't as light as most people think, it's twice the weight per volume compared to aluminum and about 58% the weight of steel. As far as I know they're not just "finished" as titanium, they're solid titanium. Honda charges over $150 last I checked so I would expect it to be legit.

I'd stay away from Andys Auto Sport. It's a cool site to look at different modifications for your car, but when it comes to buying stuff from them, they have terrible customer service, and it usually takes a few weeks if not more to get your item.
