My wife ordered me the tokico illuminas to replace my hps on my 99 si back in January. I was in Iraq before the order actually arrived. Well, when they did arrive, my wife stashed them away in the garage and they have been there for the past 7 months. When I finally got to them, and checked to see what I got, I recieved 1 front (92-00 civic), 3 rears (one for a 88-91 crx, and two for 96-00 civic). Anyways, one seemed to be used and they seem to be in different boxes, because there are different part numbers for the boxes for which the shocks were placed in.

I am very pissed off about this. I spent $525 for these damn things for which i could of bought off ebay for $365, but decided to go with modacar, because they seemed to be a legit store, plus ive heard good things about them.

There exchange policy is 10 days from the date of reciept of purchase. Its a Sunday tommorrow and im not sure if they are open, but im still going to give them a call. Do you guys thinnk they will give me an exchange. All I want to do is exchange the crx rear for the civic front. If they dont give me an exchange, they are going to have one pissed off soldier on their ***.

Anyways, Ive worked customer service type places before, and i know that sometimes things just dont go right. In the case of this happening, where can i buy just one brand new toico illumna front shock at?

every place that sells sets of 4 sells individual ones too. NOPI has them cheap but modacar is not a bad company by comparison.
