Where to buy?
I want to know does anyone sells the test pipe that goes between the JDM DC 4-1 header and apexi WS exhaust for 92-95 civic. I did a search, but no luck. my local muffler shops will not make one for me, because it is illegal. Thanks.

I don't think I want to do that with a open header. My head will explode. maybe you could sell your test pipe to me.
