Where is the burnt oil coming from?
Car: 97 DX hatch
Engine: Y7 block/Y8 head, ARP headstuds, mild PnP, you know the drill.
Compression is around 230 on every cylinder, no more than 5 psi either way.
Running on an OBD2 P28 (Del Sol SI) for the D16Y8, no codes thrown.
Burns oil over 6000 rpm and between high RPM shifts. I've replaced the PCV as well, the line is clear with no obstructions. What else could be going on here? Piston rings? Block has 150k on it.

could be a couple things, a lot of vtecs have oil burning problems, could be rings, could be valve seals, could be head gasket but coolant would burn too, those a few culprits.
