I thought you could use EK rear LCA's, ITR rear trailing arms, and EK springs and struts(all on an EK, of course). I don't think the trailing arm effects the springs and struts, rather the lca's. Please correct me if I am wrong.

I believe it's like that also, unless JDM ITR lower control arms require the use of the LCAs too.. I have USDM GSR rear trailing arms and EK LCAs.. and I'm using a shock for EKs.

im pretty sure you can reuse your exisiting ek lca's and just bolt up the itr trailing arm to them.

the way ive always known it to be is that the rear trailing arm wether it's USDM or JDM you can use the stock EK shocks, and the front you cn use either the stock EK upper control arms or the ITR USDM or JDM , BUT you need to keep your stocl LCA on the EK with the ITR hubs wether they are USDM OR JDM , correct me if I'm wrong

basically they do mount diffrent at the bottom only if you change the FRONT LCA to ITR ones but not the rear trailing arms

You CAN use the ITR trailing arms with your EK LCA's.

Trailing arms don't have anything to do with how the shock mounts to the LCA, that being your stock LCA since ITR LCAs don't fit EKs.

thanks sky , you just made me realize what i was confused about , i coudnt picture it but your right the shocks bolt up to the othe part that bolts onto the trailing arm. so basically you do use civic EK shocks and springs regardless of the brake setup .

Yes you can as long as you use the stock EK rear LCAs.
