10mm, 12mm, and 14mm bolts.

Do it in any order, it doesn't really matter.

How much do I want to spend is the first thing you should ask yourself. When I had my GSR I got my header(DC Sports 4-1) and my exhaust(HKS Hiper) first. I knew those would cost the most so I knocked them out. Also consider this. If you get your intake first, your not going to get too much more air in if it has no where to exit so to say. I picked up a DC Sports DAC short ram for $50 when OptAuto had a clearance sale. And keep in mind that you get what you pay for.

depends.....if you have a d series than what you would spend on a decent i/h/e setup you could probably get an ls swap for a little more which would be far more beneficial in the long run because not only would it be faster stock than a d with i/h/e you have alot more potential stock block....poor honda-tech

set up your goals?
Do you want peak power if so get a 4-1 header. the OE ITR header is nice, and get a short ram air intake, you'll get good gains everywhere mostly in the higher end of your powerband

If you care more about the midrange then peak, get a 4-2-1 aka Tri-Y header and a normal CAI that goes into the fender, and with that you get a nice boost in the midrange

then budget.

if it's a d-series i would start with a motor swap

header = pointless because turbo is the only way to really make power with a dirty d
intake = pointless see above

exhaust = about the only thing i would do if i was planning on keeping the car because it will work with a motor swap. and with a little bit of work it would work with a turbo.

If you intend on upgrading the header and exhaust, then I would recommend doing those at the same time. They are easier to install as a pair and will reduce labor time.

what other mods do you have OP? i'd lower your car with a good rim/tire combo before i start modding the motor.
