when do i need to replace suspension bushings?
as title,
Am i suppose to replace them when my car hit 100K miles?
or what kinda road test should I perform to see if these bushings are still good? like go over a bump and watch for un-normal vibration?
someone please fill me in

Only reason most ppl replace these is to increase performance...there's no checkbox on the "maintenance schedule" for suspension bushings. If you want better suspension feel though, replace the bushings with some good polyurethane ones.

Well, im not too sure if that will cure what you are going thru. But when changing your stock bushings the ride will be stiffer you will be able to feel the road, the car will handle great but it wont' be and air suspension quality type of deal.

Re: when do i need to replace suspension bushings? (jcnfh)
thanks for the link. I m thinking changing bushings becuz my car rides like ****. Everytime it go over a bump, the steering wheel rotates almost 90 degree by itself. something is just not right.
The link you provided is helpful. Looks like lots ppl dont like the crappy ride after bushings installed. Maybe i should better off go with OEM bushings.
thanks guys.
