whats so bad about thin walls on a bored out t/b?
i might buy a bored out throttle body tommorow and its really overbore.
its a gsr throttle body bored out to 68mm and tapers to 66mm
the walls are pretty thin...i believe stock bore is 62mm

nothing really. Just make sure that you do not tighten down on the hose clamp too hard. It can crack it if you overtighten it. Otherwise, it is totally fine. I bored one out to 67mm and could of gone more.
