What's a good price???
This guy at my job is selling a 94 civic hatchback with a GSR motor in it for $7500. The motor has 60,000 miles on it. The car has some minor body damage to it. I think he's asking too much. What would be a good asking price for it? I need a second car and that one would be a nice addition to my 97 GSR.

Intake, Headers, and i think its an HKS exhaust with Si rims. He just changed the master cylinder and the suspension was done.

Re: What's a good price??? (busman)
I dunno, depending on what type of suspension he did, I think it's a pretty reasonable offer.
$3000 give or take for the car
$3400 for the swap (not installed)
If he did the swap himself he probably had about another $100 to the list for misc. stuff, if not... I dunno maybe $500 for install? (don't know prices)
I spent about $600 for my suspension
$325 for my 95 GSR wheels
And you get the point.... I think it's an alright offer, I'd low-ball him $6500 for it and expect to pay somewhere around $7k

Got any pics or links to pics?
If it has rust then HELL NO!
All depends on the body IMO.
What trim is that hatch? Does it has a moonroof?
Book on a 1994 Si is roughly $3,500.0 or less, and the swaps with that mielage go for about $3,500.00 still from the likes of Import Auto Salvage, plus labor would be $500.00-$1,200.00. It all adds up to near or above the asking price, but you should really have a reputable shop to check it our first.
