I should add that having a real scanner is nice, they will do a lot more than just give you codes, you can check freeze frame data, check things like O2 sensor response times and such that you just can't do with a paperclip.

As stated above...don't think their is anything like that. It's not hard at all to pull/count the blinks.
You know how to do that and have a multi-meter...it will do wonders!

The 16-pin tool is for obd2 cars and select 94/95 gm cars (they were early adopters of the connector but not the standard (those cars still spoke ALDL I believe)) Not sure if there is even any Snapon Brick support for early hondas, though supposedly there is a honda adapter but I dont guarentee that info. And if counting isnt your strong point, beer buys many friends who will count for you.
