In SoCal we dont have rust on our cars and i think it's pretty hard to find a near perfect SI hatch with 150k for $2,000 evan out here..

here in norcal i got my stock '94 si for $3,000. it had a little over 200k miles, interior was mint, but the exterior had oxidation. too bad i don't have it anymore.

i paid $3000 for my first black eh3. it had oxidation, motor ran like new and the interior was mint, few small dings on the exterior and had about 130,000 miles. after that being stolen, i bought a captiva blue pearl eh3 for $3650. it was slightly modded, motor also ran like a champ, interior mint also and exterior was ok. Both hatches were clean titles

i think at most you should pay is maybe 3300 for a decent eh3 stock. but be careful. People might try to scam you. you have to check for rust every where, check if its been in any floods, knock on exterior panels to see if its been bondoed. if its salvage, then id only pay 2000 max. also, sucks for you because this man near my house was selling his repainted si hatch for $1500, shity paint job though

bro down here in miami, clean hatches can go for a lot. lol, my friend sold his hatch to esr-perfomance (local shop) for $2,300 just the shell, pretty crazy. but yeah rust blows, since this one was mint thats why they paid so much.
