Default What would be a good swap for my civic hx

i'm just looking for a lot of info on swapping my 2000 civic hx. What would be the best? What is gonna pass smog or have to be refed. Whats going to work with my car the best and produce the most power and tourqe. I'm looking to spend around 2000-3000 bucks. Well let me know

with 2-3k you gonna get a ls swap or something. and by looking at your other posts you are probably gonna pay someone to do the labor.

2-3K for an LS swap? Man, that's a ******* rip-off. I paid $1100 for mine with 45,000 miles for a 1999 B18B1. With $3000, you can get a B18C1.

i know how much they cost but considering this guy is a noob he is gonna get ripped off. i got my ls swap for my civic for only 200 bux. bought a wrecked car and pulled the motor out. so dont try and tell me dick

yeah i could go with the gsr but i was thinkin just si or maybe even a jdm sir but swaps is something i dont know alot about. I am going to be installing it myself with the help a few friends who have swap'd a few engines before.

where you from in CA i got a complete jdm itr swap for sale comes with cams and **** made 189hp and 132tq on a dynojet. only selling it for $4100

woah, defensive much? lol. ease up. He wont get ripped cause he came on here and asked about it. At least, he wont if he listens.

And SEARCH, there is tons of info on this. In fact, dont even search, just look at the top of this forum, there is a sticky about it. It will answer alot of your questions.
