Re: What weight springs do you all run? (cxSOHChatch)
i have a question guys...kinda branched off from the original topic question i suppose... My question is i have a 1995 ex coupe now, i have H&R sports on agx's...i dont know what the spring rate is, but i suppose i will encounter various problems when i drop a bigger engine in (at least B18B1). If i buy Integra LS H&R race springs will i have any problems with them on the stock ex engine i have now? Im not getting the swap for at least another year, but i can get a great deal on the springs now!! Any help would be kindly appreciated guys thanks!

Ground control
650 front
800 rear
a tiny bit stiff, but worth it.
The rear end dip; shifting into second isn't there anymore.

560F/400R

Seem to work fine for me so far, but I have yet to autox or track the car with this setup.
Will probably end up with stiffer rear springs, but probably not stiffer then the front.

what spring rates will give me less body roll, but keep a nice ride since they will be going on my daily driven Civic Coupe

You know you got it backwards right, you want siffer springs in the front and the softer in the rear on a ff car

I have H&R race srings now 450f/290r but will be moving into some Ground Controls 425f/300r very soon. I'm running an ITR rear sway and daily drive this in the rain, shine, and snow. Otherwise I would have went with more in the rear springs.
The H&R race springs are a tad too soft in the rear for my likes.
