I'm also a fan Kumho ecsta supra 712's, they are pretty damn good imo. Unless your running like 500whp on a crx. Then, they are apple sauce.

I'm running Pirelli P700z's and they are amazing. Unfortunatly only available in 195/50/15 and 205/50/15. I'd go with a set of Kumho ECSTA Supra 712's. I'd also go with 205/45/16's instead of 40 series, but that's your call man. Good luck.

Nitto NT450 - CRAP. Please, please do not buy these tires. They are very hard, have very little traction, and a large percentage of the owners (including myself) report developing sidewall bulges.
Toyo FZ4 - I was pretty happy with the ones I owned. They're not a high performance tire by any means, but they are a good value for the money. MUCH better than the Nitto's.
Kumho 712 - I've never really liked these tires. They may be "good for the money", but considering they're just about the cheapest thing out there, that isn't saying much. They're not bad, just don't have a lot of grip.
My next set of tires will be Faken Azenis. I'm running 15's though. In 16", the sizes are rather limited.
205/55-16
215/45-16
These aren't really "all weather" tires though.
