What style and where to locate LMA's (Lost motion assemblies)
So as the title states i am trying to find LMA's as part of my GSR build and preferably outside OEM Honda stealership prices if at all possible. Did searching on eBay and all across the interwebz with minimal luck. If i could get them for less than $350 that'd be stellar.
Also there seemed to be some variation on what people said would work versus what would not. I'm under the impression i should go with ITR lma's and i see there is an older hydraulic style as well as a newer spring style. Anyone with some specific insight, who has worked with them before ideally, would be appreciated.

Dont go with the old hydro/oil filled style LMA as they stick as they get old. I went with H22 type SH LMA springs and had .040" hardened steel shims made so they will work. H22 LMA are low cost compared to the rest. Or you can go with B16/B18 new updated spring style LMA, all it is is the H22 LMA with a steel shim added to it. I have a full set of the old style LMA if you want them lol.

Shhh, ill tell you where to get them... http://scienceofspeed.com/products/e...VTEC_B-Series/
These are the updated version that won't bind and they're less than 300 by a long shot.
