Look at the appearance/comestic forum. you can find lots of picture of slips on EKs and see what sizes people use.

you had the syntax correct, you just need to add the url of your picture be between it, which means if you havent already uploaded your picture to a hosting site like photobucket, you need to do that first

Re: WHAT sIZE SLIP STEAMS SHOULD I PUT ON MY ek (Apotheosis)
suggestions? Well, you have 2 options - 15" or 16."
What are you going to do with them? Autocross? Drag? Looks? What's your budget?
All things considered (and I know some people won't agree with me), I prefer the 16s. They're wider (mine are 7", and I think they have 7.5" available now), and I think they look better.

100% BEEF!
I think you should buy the real Spoon ish or not at all.
Companies like Desmond put serious R&D into this wheel to have it jacked by some gay *** company. This leads companies like Spoon to stop producing real **** for us real tuners who love the sport.
Put it this way... would you buy fake Nikes? Adidas?
Lastly.. a set of GSR's 99's, 97's or 95's w/ some good tires and spacers. You'd get way more respect from the purist than rolling up in some bullshit.
I know some will say.. what if he doesn't have the money.. blah blah blah.... Someday you will.. patience. Makes those expensive rims even more special.
It's not about no one else.. but you and your choice. Do what you think is right.

You make it sound like it's some critical life changing decision. Rota makes some popular wheels. Have you ever actually looked at the price of Spoon SW388 wheels compared to slipstreams? What a damn rip off. I don't care if they are Spoon. Spoon is a reputable company, yes, along with Mugen, but they have some of the most overpriced bullshit I have ever seen. It might be quality, but it's expensive. Not everyone wants to dish out that much money when other company's have proven decent as well. I can understand not buying some no name junk, but comon.

Re: (devney)
I guess some of us see knock-off's as hurting our sport and some of us buy everything that says "Type-R" in the title off Ebay.
It's not essential to buy real parts and not the knock-off's. But it is if you've been doing this for so long and see what these fake *** companies do to our sport.
Be fake. Guess thats all you can be.

Since94 will you give it a rest already? This wasn't a "Spoon or Rota?" topic until you busted in here talking that circra 2001 argument about "fake" wheels.
Rota wheels are great wheels - period. They are a much more cost effective option when compared to Spoon wheels that cost $385.00 per wheel and are actually hard to find these days. This guy can buy brand new Rotas for 1/4 the cost he'd buy USED Spoon SW388 wheels for - is that a good decision?
So in all your efforts to keep him from buying "fake" wheels what kind of wheel do YOU have?

ooo burn.
Both Spoon wheels and Rotas are round, and will allow a tire to be securely mounted to them. I don't blame anyone who bought rotas over real spoon wheels. If your out advertising them as legit spoon wheels then you should be shot, but if you say you have rota slip streams, then who gives an F?
