What size is axel nut? 31mm? Where to get a socket this size?

What size is axel nut? 31mm? Where to get a socket this size?
I went everywhere hardware stores, sears etc...All I could find is a 30mm then 32mm. At auto store they had "fwd axel socket" and they had 30mm then 32mm The axel nut is too big for 30mm and fits too loose for a 32mm. I assume its 31mm but I cant find this anywhere. Point me in the right direction of a good tool store. Is it supposed to be 31mm If not what size?

Make sure you get the socket in 1/2" drive so you can use it with a beefy breaker bar or a impact gun.
Im pretty sure they wont offer it in 3/8" drive but just in case.

i use a 1 1/4, but 32mm works too. i would make sure you get a 6pt socket and not a 12pt. dont wanna strip anything

32mm Socket + 1/2" Drive Breaker Bar + Cheater Bar worked for me. Bought it from Sears.

Good looking out....we almost never try to use 12pt sockets if possible in the shop.
