What radiator should i go with?
Hey guys, today i found out that my radiator is leakin in my 96 civic lx (155,000 miles). Its my DD with AEM intake and Vibrant exhaust. I was wondering should i go and spend $316.45 for a radiator from honda with 12yr/12,000mile warranty or go with a cheapo one from autozone which maybe has a 3 month warranty for about $100. I just want to know is it worth spending $200 more for the honda radiator?

bump, anyone.
im kinda hesitant about a $100 radiator and dont wanted to get raped by honda for $300. the honda mechanic told me it would cost $675 for parts and labor, **** that. does anyone know if the radiators from autozone are any good. if so ill buy that and install myself

Here is a Honda (Denso) radiator for about $200:

Here are some that are pretty cheap:

Honestly I would just get one from a parts store. Just make sure to get an aluminum one, they won't corrode like the copper core ones (even though they supposed to cool better).

yup, buy the cheap one.
OEM stuff i really expensive and it's rare that people buy them when they need a replacement. an OEM Integra rad is nearly $1000 CAD last i checked when i was a parts advisor.

yeah i just order one right now. i went with an all aluminum cause mine was leakin where the plastic endtanks meet the core and i didnt want that to happen again. it was $150, the brand was Silla, did some research and they seem pretty legit and its way better than $300.
