If you have a 5g Civic you don't need Integra LCA's I believe.
You need the bar, endlinks, bushings (Unless you go with some ploy ones) and it would be wise to get a sub frame reinforcement kit, beaks or BSQ. That should be it.

I'm not sure which application you need, but I know you need end-links and anit-sway bar D brackets w/ bushings. ITR parts are probably what you need.

You will need:
22mm ITR Sway Bar
Brackets and Bushings
Endlinks
Chassis Reinforcement Kit
Integra Rear LCAs
Necessary Bolts and Nuts
Edit: For the front:
Si EG 21mm front sway or GSR 24mm front sway. Depends on what type of drive you are. i suggest the gsr front for less oversteer.

SI/EX 5g is 22mm - GSR is 24mm
Some people say the 2mm is not a difference, but I have the GSR + ITR rear and I did it because I thought it would be too "loose" with a 22mm front.
I just dont think its worth the extra time + $$...

GSR front sway bar
Tokico Illimina shocks
Skunk2 Coilovers

I am thinking you need GSR endlinks...
my setup is basically the same, upgrading later to either Custom rate GC's + Koni yellows or Tein RA's..
[edit] - tyres make your suspension, I reccomend Falken Azenis
