What part is this?
Whatever it is caused my car to start rough. I had to put my foot on the gas while I was turning the key for it to start. As soon as I unplugged it the car started fine. When the car was running and I plugged it back up the car started acting funny.
Is it easy to replace and how much does it cost?

Yes they are routed right. When it was disconnected it worked fine. The shop said its bad. The place I got the swap from is sending me a new one free of charge.
