What kind of parts do i buy
i am about to swap my 99 ex engine for a b16 sir II engine. i was gonna buy an exhaust system and an intake for it also... i was wondering if i should buy the parts to fit an ex or an si. help please

You're going to swap it?
You know what, nevermind. I'm not even going to go there.
Intake will be Si. Exhaust is probably safer to go EX, but you may have to have it modified to fit the B series. Not really sure there since I just custom made mine.

all engine parts will be 99-00 Si, even the exhaust seeing is how the collector size will be different with the engine size.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't the engine he listed come in a hatchback or 3-door? If so, would that not make the exhaust bends and such all in the wrong places?

yes it did but its still a b16, so the collector size will be the same, therefore he will need an exhaust for a 99-00 Si

Right, but won't the BENDS in the rest of the exhaust where it follows the shorter hatchback's underside be different than an EX?
