What ECU For OBD1 DOHC ZC?
ok, i know the pg7 ECU is better for 88-89 ZC swaps.
is there a better ECU than my stock DX ECU for an OBD1 '90 ZC motor?
i know very little about ECUs and am assuming the pg7 is strictly for OBD0 cars.

No problem.
If you have trouble locating a P29, I have the raw .bin file, and it would be easy and relatively cheap to convert a P05 or P06 to P29 specs.

You can also use uberdata/neptune/hondata. Im running a Neptune ecu on a p28 ecu for my dohc zc.

That solution is just way more expensive if he does not have access to the proper hardware. The cost to chip a P06 and burn an OEM .bin to a chip is minimal.

It runs - runs rich. You are better off running a stock DX ecu with a fpr and raise the fuel pressure a little bit.

Uberdata is free and just as easy as burning a chip. The Neptune/hondata is more expensive yea, but im just giving all the options.

I was trying to set him up with the best tune for a relatively stock setup, not 37495767 hours of researching how to tune and use the available software.
