I am building an engine up (JDM Type R), but I have no car to put it into. Of course I have been thinking about a '96 hatch but I saw this 4-door on the Kingmotorsports website. What do you think?

Mmmmmmm Mu$en. The lip is kinda nasty, the wing is too, and the grill. Just my opinion.

Well I was thinking it was kind of ole' school. The grille sucks. I agree with you on that. I like the lip though.

I guess I will probably just get a hatch like everyone else.

well i personally think that hatch is kinda ugly but going ferio style makes you more unique the second picture is much better, is it euro spec?

well the weight comparisons are as follows:

'96 specifications (5-speed)

CX hatch: 2222
DX hatch: 2242
DX coupe: 2262
DX 4-door: 2319

Yeah. Fug getting a 4-door. I just wanted to be a little different. I'm gonna get a hatch. A red one. That is a little different then the typical Championship white, silver or black ones. Red should look good with my 5-lug and CW rims.

4 dorrs are ugly...excep for the east coast clothing one...that thing is cool...it runs a low 13 on 19's

Actually, thats the new JDM Civic Ferio Vi-RS. The sporty sedan that we dont get . Lets see, to do the basic conversion without going JDM crazy you'll need-
99-00 Civic Sedan
99-00 Si Chin Spoiler
99-00 Si Rear Underbody Spoiler
99-00 Sedan Spoiler
99-00 Si Grille
99-00 Si Rims
99-00 CTR Front Headlights

And the hardest item, LHD Foldable side view mirrors. Now you can use the JDM CTR side view mirrors, but you wont be able to use them, the glass was designed for a RHD car. Now I have a complete list of parts, which is pretty accurate, but its going to break your piggy bank.

if anyone can find me a pair of the bumpers on the first car for a hatch that would be sick. There jdm and have the trim pieces on them. does anyone have the hook up?

6th gen sedans look very nice with nothing on them. There's one I see on my way to work that's just lowered with some 17 or 18 inch TSW Trophy's. The rest is stock. looks nice. Drop in your B16 and it makes a great sleeper. I almost got one before I got my EG.

Back in my country people hate the trims when the first came out and either paint it or shave them off... but now I think they look nice and different.. Oh I miss my other car..

4 doors are cool, I intend to buy a used 99-00 EK VTi when I sell my ITR, which could be in this month, I have my eyes on this 4-door, a 00 VTi up for 16k $ which is a bit steep

I love 4 doors. Go for it. You will be one of the few with a good looking sedan. There are so many hatches and coupes.

I like the Mugen bodykit. I think it just needs to be black. What color are you going with?

Mugen RNR's with upgraded calipers... The 4door idea is different, if you're gonna do it.. take your time and do it the way you want it to look.
