What the difference between jdm d15/16 hydro tranny?
I want to know what the difference likeif the d15 has longer gears and the d16 has shorter. I called this engine place and he told me they are the same but I don't believe him because i'm thinking that the U.S ones are different why wouldn't it be the same for the jap spec. Thanks in advance.

I believe a JDM D15 tranny is the exact same as the USDM D16z6, except some of the jdm D15 trannys came with OEM LSD but they are kinda rare to find

Go Tigers!
d15b trans = same as del sol si d16z6 trans
which is the same as the all the other ex/si trans, except it has a 0.75 5th gear instead of the normal 0.702
5th gear = who cares
