What D-Series Hardware Works on a B-Series Swap?
The title pretty much gives you the idea. I need to know what mount hardware from a D will work for my B. I guess the through-bolts are the same, and I have the driver side stuff. But can I use my D T-bracket bolts, D tranny mount bolts, D intermediate shaft bolts, D tranny to the block bolts,or D pressure plate bolts? I'm hoping to swap within the week and need to make sure I've got all my bases covered before pulling the engine outa my daily. I'm hoping I don't have to hunt down any more parts. Any help is greatly appreciated... Oh and this is all going into an EG.

D-series mounts wont work. why not just get everything off a b-series? makes life much easier

b series and d series are mostly not compitable. u might as well as get the right things at the very first begining and done it right at one time. u can reuse the bolts and d series do not have intermediate shaft.u can reuse rear t bracket bolts but not t bracket.
pm me if u have any more problem.

Well I've got Innovative mounts, a new Yonaka intermediate shaft, and a new from the factory T bracket. Just none of this **** came with any hardware . Well the mounts came with two bolts due to being thicker in some areas than stock, but that doesn't help much.

yeah they dont come with hardware.u need to resue every nut and bolt.
also when u ordered the mounts make sure if it is for a b16a or b18c because the mount on the driver side is different. b16a has 2 stud bracket and b18c has 2 studs and a hole. so i dont know your swap is b16 or b18
also 2 bolts came with your mount. bigger one is for tranny side and smaller one is for driver side. so i figured u ordered the motor mounts for b18 engine

no your stock d series cat wont bolt on to b series down pipe, and gsr downpipe are tricky. 94-99 downpipe is short and with 02 sensor bunk on cat converter and 99-01 has o2 bunk on downpipe and longer i have a pic to show u
and your best bet to get this work is bring the car to a muffler shop and have them cut and welded for u
