What color should I paint my 99 hatch?
My brother has a 99 red civic hatch with c/f hood and CTR lips and is about to repaint it but wants some opinions first. He is thinking about Championship White or some sort of Gunmetal, what do you think? Also he wants new rims in 15 or 16s, but dosent know what kind would look good, he wants somthing kinda cheap b/c this is his daily driver and somthing that dosent weigh alot...the MOST he wants to spend is 1500 for the rims. If you could give me your opinions that would be great, Thanks.

i agree, champ white looks great. as for the rims, 1500 is a pretty decent chunk of change. can't beat rota's for price/weight but w/ that much cash u could probably go for the real deal...

sunlight yellow, i thinks thats wut the CTR yellow is.
Kinda stands out tho, if u dont want attention that much go with champ white

strip the paint and clear coat over the raw metal it will be diffrent and youll see all the burn marks from the spot welds all the ladies will come runnin with the new stunna rific stylings

A nice midnight blue or electron blue color, do something different IMO. Don't do CW or red, to many hatches done up in those colors.

go with sunlight yellow.....it's different, OE, and pretty rare on our U.S. civics(considering we dont get typer's)....i never see them in that color..go for it!

man.....u should paint that thing turd brown with ***** pink racing stripes...that would be off the rip tip nizzle mang......with 16 inch blood red wheels...mm mm good

how does sunlight yellow look like? all ive seen was Phoenix yellow, is sunlight yellow really that different from Phoenix yellow?
And does anyone have pics of sunlight yellow, and the color code for that color?? thanks.

i know what color I wanna get 
...he should do some research on the colors...check out the ppg books and photoshop your hatch that color...thats what i'd do...
