What Chip should I get for a 97 civic EX
I need to get a chip for a 97 civic EX. I'm on a tight budget and was wondering what chips you guys would recommend that have the most bang for their buck. It needs to remove the rev limiter, possible have vtec control, and possibly increase fuel and air flow. Let me know what you think.
