What is this called? Tranny related...
notice the gear is fucked up? is it replaceable?

it's a b-series tranny. $232 for the mainshaft?? i guess i have to buy a new tranny. what's the chances that the gears inside are messed up too?

Is this the guy who had all that trouble taking his tranny off? The mutilated main shaft might have something to do with that issue 
. You'll probably be in the market for a new gearbox soon.
