Dude, get the JDM style amber lenses, the clear ones look gay. They're only about 15 bucks, and they look much better than clear.

I'm almost positive clear/white turn signals are illegal. So if you have clear lenses you HAVE to have amber bulbs.

Sylvania makes Silverstar Amber Turn Signal Bulbs. I don't have them but i do own Silverstar Headlights and they are top notch, i'd imagine the turn signals would be no less.

LOL, some of the replies are funny.
FYI, depending on the laws for your particular state, you'll want to reseach that on what color lighting can be emitted in the front. In CA, a car can have either amber/orange or white light emitted in the front, and red or amber/orange in the rear. White in the rear is only for reverse. Therefore, legally you can use clear bulbs in your turn signals with clear corners (not JDM EG6 clears) but it doesn't appeal to the 'cosmetic' crowd.
Also, if you're looking for a "bright" bulb, you can always use a 6V dual filament bulb (forgot the exact part number... maybe 1154) and it'll be a helluva lot brighter than the standard 12V 1157 bulb. But it'll blink twice as fast and last maybe a few days
