ok well i just checked my ecu and came up with a few codes one of them i have no idea what it is well acually 2 things i got a code 19 which says automatic transmission lockup control valve anyone have any ideas what this is also got a code 17 which is vss - speed sensor ... what is that also ?? and does anyone know how much it would cost to replace those two parts in a 95 civic 1.6L vtec ?? thanks

the speed sensor is a plug on the top of your tranny towards the back. The lock up control vavle I think has to do with your auto tranny position sensor on the right side of the tranny casing

thanks alot for your help are these thing dangerous to be driving with it not working ???

your speedometer may not be accurate and a bad shift lockout could probably cause a bad shift screwing up your engine and tranny
