Try to contact the owner. It can be difficult to tell depending on the car, lighting conditions and angle.

IIRC CTR's come stock with 20% rear and quarters..

my bad and what is an IIRC CTR? are you sure it's 20% kinda does look more like 30-35% tint. 20 seems dark.

That's not 20%. 20 is a lot darker, that's 30-35%

Sorry, i just install tint and have been for 6 years... I can tell the difference and percentage through flourescent light quite easily... It "looks" lighter because the front windshield and front door windows are not tinted... 20% really isnt THAT dark...

Same percent at shops... I just know ctr tint is not legal in most states also

lol, here in NY, NOTHING above stock is legal...yet we still have tint shops, lmao.

Though it's ok because the cops never bust your ***** about it unless you did something else wrong and you're giving them a hard time.
