Default Weird steering wheel motion ...

Alright so yesterday I got this weird steering wheel jerking motion sort of thing. At any speed below 45 mph my steering wheel will pull hard to the right while it is decelerating, for example when I let off the gas coming to a stoplight the wheel pulls hard to the right. It won't do it at speeds over 65 and it doesn't do is specifically when I hit any bumps or ridges ... It is a weird problem as I have stated in the title and any help would come in handy. I have no idea the car still feels safe and the allignment is fine. I just don't know what to do now or even what to start looking for. Thanks for your help.

If it is doing that, I don't think your alignment is fine at all.

It's kind of a funny reference but you know those arcarde racing games with the steering wheels that pull to a side or something ? It feels just like that and cruising on the highway it goes as straight as an arrow.

are you braking while decelerating? if so might be your right rotor.

does it only happen when you come to an intersection? There are often ridges at intersections that the trucks have worn down and this will cause the wheel to want to go off to the right (or left). If you're driving on the highway, will the car track straight? Is it only when braking, or when slowly approaching a stoplight, too?

Thanks for all the ideas. I went and had a shop check it out and it was something surprisingly simple but a pain in the *** at the same time. My CV boot had a slit in it big enough to let all the rain water in and clean out all the grease so that joint started seizing on me while I was at slow speeds. Thankfully it is dry now and it should be fine until I can get time to change it next weekend. Thanks for all your help guys.
