Default Weird Check Engine Code

I have a 94 EX and my CEL didn't come on but I checked it anyway and it gave a code of 21 or 20.5. I know how to read CEL but this is too weird. It has two long blinks then a very very quick blink, I can hardly see it. My vtec and motor is working fine. Does anybody know what is it?? I think it might be the SRS.

first off there are no .5 blinks, its probably 21, vtec, but if you say its working fine that doesnt make any sense. its probably nothing since the cel didnt really come on. oh and why would you check it if the light wasnt on??

Well, when I was running a P72 ecu no CEL came on but when I checked it, it threw the knock sensor. My car runs fine so I don't need to worry about it too much. Thanks
