Just curious what the weight is compared to say, VX wheels (which I believe are the lightest) might be a nice upgrade to get myself a pair of VX wheels, or anyone looking for weight reduction.

No. Chances are VX rims won't fit on your car (they could if you have an older honda) and sure you save a few pounds on the rims but you end up having to get very big and heavy tires. Also saving 1lb on rims is about equal to saving 2lbs on the chassis (it depends on the weight distribution of your rims/tires). Lastly there are no good 13" street tires.
If you want to get them for looks, knock yourself out. Just make sure they will fit before you invest. Also be aware of the incredibly limited tire selection for 13" rims.
Cheers.

arent steelies like 1.5x the weight of VX rims? Also, they are both 13" , why would I need to get huge heavy tires?

If you are already running 13" wheels on your car, VX rims will fit.
They are the lightest factory honda wheel available, I believe around 9 lbs
I am not positive on this but i think 13in honda steel wheels weigh around 16lbs
And i know 14" steelies weigh 18lbs
You will probably notice slightly better acceleration and possibly a small increase in gas milage (thats why they put them on a vx)
