I have a 2000 civic dx and I have to change the waterpump and timing belt, can anyone explain to me how to do it?

The best suggestion I can offer you is to go to your local auto parts store and purchase a Chilton or Haynes repair manual for your car. Both are inexpensive and will provide you will a great deal of information while working on your car.
