Water in driver's side footwell

Water in driver's side footwell
Yea so my driver's side carpet in getting wet but it hasnt even rained recently and I know it was not wet yesterday so what could it be? Where could it be leaking from? Its a 97 hatch if that makes a difference. Help me out guys! thanks

hah i have a gutted interior and i have noticed this as well.... its right by the ECU too! ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
maybe tommorow i will inspect the area and see where its getting in from.

Ok the side were your ecu is there should be a hole on that side of the car were the ecu attaches look for it, it is there then all you have to do is plug that hole and that will take care of your water problems i used a plug from Honda and took care of this problem

I also have full gutted interior have you weighed your car yet? and if so how much did it come in at?

u 100% sure its water??? is it a manual tranny??? if so, your clutch master cylinder is probably leaking. check your clutch fluid resivoir. my 92 accord's clutch master cylinder was leaking and u can see drips running down by the clutch pedal.

thanks yeah ill try that asap..... i havent weighed my car yet but i plan on doing it at a scrap metal yard or something.
