WATCH OUT FOR ITUNEDUSA !!!!!
well, i hate to do it, but im calling out itunedusa. for over a month i have been battling too get my parts. i was patient and still havent gotten anything. here is just a short sample of what happened. History

(7:07 PM 1/19/2006) raiden571: well, ive waited for some time now, and i cant wait any longer. it has has been a month and some days since i ordered my pars via telephone by credit card. i was told that it may be a little delayed due to the holidays, which i was fine with. one week after new years, i pmed you several times and finally got a reply saying there on ther way. i waited a few days and and called the no. left in one of your posts. a gentleman answered the phone and told me that there had been some sort of a mix up in which he wasnt sure what size bearings to ship with the rods. i stated that i needed standard bearings and eagle rods all for a 95 acura integra ith the b18b non-vtec engine. he said i would recieve them last thursday and i still havent. i would like to some how get my money back by either you removing it from the credit card or by paypal. i would prefer paypal and thats including the fee that is needed. unless i can be over nighted my parts, i would like my money back. my paypal addy is raiden571@neo.rr.com
the name of the credit card holder is----------. . -------------. please be promt as this may not seem like a big deal to some i have had to put this build on hold and my parts are no where to be found.

this is a very small amount amongst the numerous telephone calls and all the other pms. i even spoke to him a few times and i was promised my parts promptly, well....havent got them. SO, i dont even want my parts anymore. im takign my business elsewhere, but, i want my money backk, all of it, every penny. 1 week is understandable, 2 weeks is getting fishy, 3 weeks is unacceptable, over a month is bull sh*t. i apologize if this is the wrong section, but im not sure where to take it. please, itunedusa, refund my money via paypal or take it off my credit card. 400+ dollars may not seem like alot to some, but it is to me, and i need my parts. if this was summer and i had a downed car id be absolutely furious, but im tryign to be calm

that sucks man, i hope everything works out for you. I bought some air fresheners from them and it took like 5 weeks. Obviously its a small order, but the thing that pissed me off was that they told me 3 times that my order was shipped, and then another 3 times saying sorry, but they didn't ship my order. itunedusa gets a big

i would also post them in the scammers list thread. if things work out you just put a response there that they finally came through..

i live in cali . i hate shops that do that **** . i will drive up there just to talk **** about their customer service. just to see the reaction on their faces.
BTW i work at a shop and the way i look at it is the customer is my BOSS cause with out them i wouldnt have a JOB..

just to update you guys, i was at RS machines today and itunedusa got the boot. so there you guys have it. I beleive owner was anthony from sparks racing?

I ordered a squash air freshener from iTuned before Christmas sometime. They said it was sent, and when I asked where it was a week later they said they didn't actually send it before but now they had due to Christmas backups. Two weeks later I had it. I'm in Canada so 3 weeks isn't bad, but they did lie in the beginning. They didn't say "it'll be shipped today", they said "it was shipped yesterday". Take that for whay you will. At least I got my stuff!

God damn poor customer service pisses me off so bad, i work in retail and i just dont see why its so hard, if its your job and you're stuck there all day, to do it right, and every once in a while go out of your way for a customer. Good luck getting your parts or your money and I hope those derbs go out of business.
