wat can cause my alternator to do this? pics inside. help!
i didnt do anyting to the car yet... jux happend... can anyone help before it goes to dealership?

It looks like to me the alternator is malfuntioning and putting to many amps, voltage or both or the batterys shot.

yes my battery leaked acids... both my battery(new and old)... my previous alternator burnt up and thats my new one... wat should i do??? replace that wire or diagnostic tesT?

a poor connection will cause resistence there as well. was it tight? thats the only thing i can think of.

Looks to me like ya left the 10mm nut on the terminal Loose Ive had that happen before it will melt the **** out of the plastic!! Put it back in tighten it up and put a volt meter on the batt and see what its charging at....

i will be using the DMM today for the charge... last time i was sure the 10mm bolt was tight already... some people say it can be a bad coil?? where and wat is a coil in a honda?? these are from toyota guys... can anyone still help?

Wow.. that's crazy.
Please let us know what they find because I'd like to know, personally..
There are tests you can do to your alternator diodes, stator, windings etc if you take it apart. Just search for them on the internet. You could probably figure it all out by yourself if you are getting a multimeter..

who installed it? If you had it done at a shop I would take it back there and get them to solve the problem. If you did, well then its called learning.

the positive side of the alternator should say the same voltage as the battery says rite? fix me... thats what i get out of the positive when i put the plugs bac in the battery. both says 12.9vdc

Where are you putting the test leads exactly? One on the positive and one on the negative alternator outputs? And is it running?

honestly it looks to me like the cable was toated by either a bad/loose connection or a faulty voltage regulator and sine its internal then its the alternator thats bad, change the wires and clean up all contact points and try putting some dialectric grease on them. then check voltage
