It all fits and closed fine, only problem is the front of the hood doesnt match up with the headlights and grille so it looks dumb but it functions for now.

You can see the grille on the 99-00 is alot longer and the hoods are different looking.

There are other 99-00 grills. Thats ONLY the EM1 grill that everyone and their mom puts on their other civic

If you planning on getting coilover sleeves and springs be sure to get shocks too!!! Or your ride will be total ****.

Ground Control/Koni Yellow combo.
Skunk2/KYB AGX combo.

Those combos are pretty nice but usually people go for the GC/Koni combo.
