ok im new just registered yesterday so please bare with me well i was just wondering i was looking into buying a 93 del sol for 2gs in good condition... so i was wondering do u guys got any cons and pros u could tell me before i buy it and what is the best type of swap??? or u know what should i buy it or should i just look for something else??? thanxs for all the input i appreciate it

Good price I paid 4k for mine, only thing to watch out on the sol's are the roof seals, make sure they are in good condition and dont leak, and make sure the seats are in good condition, etc. 2k isnt a bad price tho, LS turbo swaps are nice in the EG2

there heavy, and the roof leaks. but for 2k that is a pretty good deal, be sure to check it out so your not gettin a lemon

bull ****.. they weigh not much more than eg hatches... get your info right.

i dunno i heard that the sols weigh 2400 where as the hatches are more around 2000 - 2200???? (err i think that the si hatch was up around 2300 but it was becuase of the options on it, the dx's were prettilite if i recall )
but i could be wrong either way... sols are sexy...
id def get it for that price....
but as they said check the roof seals those always seem to be the prob...

look that way yes,but dont let them fool you there not all that light weight, its s deff good deal,i was going to buy my friends for 2 g's its completly thrashed mechanically,body is straight though so i went on kelly blue book and did the advanced search and it was still worth more than i was going to buy it for, sol's keep there value fucked up or not, buy it.

well keep hearing that its a good deal... so im for sure gonna purchase... im thinking GSR swap??? i want a ITR swap but way more expensive... but well se what route i go with the sol... any other advice guys...
