Default VX rims...

im about to purchase some VX rims in about 30 minutes and wanted to get some last minute advice...i heard that they mess up your suspsension for being so narrow and light, dont know if this is true, well the deal is that i get them for 150 with tires with about 95% tread left, and also the rims are in fairly good conidition some minor scratches...so basically i wanted to know is this a good deal or no?

Yes they are light, but its hard to find performance tires for them.

I ran some extremely tiny tires on them (175/50/13) to improve my gear ratios at the track, and they worked. However, the car sat low to the ground and my speedo was all fucked up.

If you run normal sized tires ~175/70/13 then they will work fine.
