Vtec solenoid help

Guy need help identifying a part. What is the piece that sits inside the vtec solenoid look like a disc? What is it called and where can I buy one have had no luck at junkyards

The VTEC solenoid is not a serviceable item. If there's something wrong with it, replace the unit.
