Default vtec-e

I just bought a D15B vtec-e and a CX trans from JDMSource. I told them I wanted a d15z1 and they told me that this vtec-e that they were sending me was the same thing. I was just doing a little research and I stumbled on a couple of threads that made me think that the vtec-e and the d15z1 may be different. If this is the case which computer should I use? I am purchasing a P07 today actually, will this work with this engine? and also do you know if the D15B has lean-burn?

I believe the D15B VTEC-E engine is the JDM equivalent to the D15Z1. The P07 should work fine.
