vtec?
i have a 99-00 si and i was wondering if there was anything wrong with my vtec solenoid or if it was something else. vtec has a tendency to only kick in when the engine is warmed up. and sometimes it doesn't kick in at all. just wondering if this is normal or whats wrong with it if isn't normal?

Re: (fmrprojects)
not a dumbass just late for work some mornings jackass, you must see the noob and look for a way to make an *** out of yourself. plus you dont have to redline for vtec to kick in, it kicks in at 5600 and my redline is 82, so go expletive yourself. thanks for all the usefull info from everyone else.

502 yes he is right . u dont need to run the **** out of it when its cold. hghest u should take it to is like 3500 untill it warms up... in a bank robbery. the driver always has the car warmed up so when the cops try to catch him. BOOM vtec kicks in and they win.
