Default VSS Problem

I have 92 Civic VX with a OBDI LS swap and a JDM SiR gauge cluster. For some reason, even though I've replaced the VSS twice the speedo still refuses to work. I was wondering if any of you had a similar problem to this. Any help would be appreciated.

Try replacing just the speedo gauge.

It's the gauge cluster. Common problem.

Same here.

I've also seen a few failed gauge clusters
