Default vis cf trunk lid

okay, don't flame me... i'm not asking for anyone's opinions......... i'm just looking for how much the vis cf trunk lid weighs..... my stock trunk is waay heavy (i don't have those bars that hold it up) and it's just a hassle getting things in and out of the trunk..... so, does anyone have numbers on that piece? and would anyone know how much the stock trunk lid weighs? thanks in advance.

the natural question is.... FOR WHAT CAR???

hatch or coupe or sedan?

Figure on about 10 lbs for a CF peice for a coupe/sedan, and more for a hatch cuz of the weight of the glass, unless you get a lexan window.

Carbon trunks make a big difference. It's up to you if you want one or not. I think some can be a bit pricey, but if you're looking for a bit of a weight reduction, I suggest it if you have the $$$...

Why don't you have the bars to hold it up?
